SHIPPING POLICY

At Nanglastore, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and transparent shopping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures for processing and delivering your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms listed below.

1. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we exclusively serve and ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time to ensure the highest quality of service and delivery speed for our domestic customers.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We believe in simple and predictable pricing. All furniture orders are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee:

Note: Total delivery time = Processing time + Transit time. Estimated total: 4 – 11 Business Days.

3. Order Processing & Cut-off Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days.
  • Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (MST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
  • Please note that we do not process or ship orders on Sundays or federal holidays.

4. Order Cancellation Window

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you change your mind, you may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. To cancel, please email us immediately at support@nanglastore.com with your order number. Once the 12-hour window has passed or the order has been shipped, the order can no longer be canceled, and you must follow our Return Policy.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is handed over to our carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS), you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Nanglastore is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your furniture arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
