REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

At Nanglastore, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that purchasing furniture online is a significant decision, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your choice. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we are here to help with a transparent and stress-free return process.

1. 60-Day Return Window

We offer a generous 60-day return policy. You have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. This gives you ample time to ensure the furniture fits perfectly in your home environment.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is in the same condition that you received it (unused, unwashed, and not damaged by the user).
  • The item must be in its original packaging. We recommend keeping the boxes until you are certain about your purchase.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Free Returns & Pre-paid Labels

At Nanglastore, we provide Free Returns for all eligible items. There are no restocking fees or return shipping costs for our customers.

How to get your return label:

  • Once your return request is approved, we will send a pre-paid return shipping label directly to your Gmail (or registered email address).
  • You can simply download and print the label from your email.
  • Attach the label securely to the outside of your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location (UPS/FedEx) as specified on the label.

4. Order Cancellation (12-Hour Window)

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placement. To cancel, please contact us immediately at support@nanglastore.com. If the 12-hour window has passed, the order may have already been processed for shipping, and you will need to follow the standard return process after receiving the item.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Refund Process & Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • The refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

7. Exclusions

Items marked as “Final Sale” or gift cards are not eligible for returns. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for items damaged due to improper assembly or misuse by the customer.
