ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION

At Nanglastore, we process orders as quickly as possible to ensure your furniture arrives on time. We understand that sometimes you may need to change or cancel your order. Please review our policy below regarding these requests.

1. The 12-Hour Grace Period

We provide a 12-hour window from the time of purchase for any cancellations or modifications. During this time, our warehouse team has not yet finalized the palletizing and dispatching of your furniture, allowing us to stop the shipment without additional costs.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@nanglastore.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Your email should include:

  • Subject Line: Urgent Cancellation – [Your Order Number]
  • Body: Your full name and the reason for cancellation (optional).

Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method immediately.

3. Modifying Your Order

If you need to change the shipping address, contact phone number, or swap an item, please reach out to us within the same 12-hour window. After 12 hours, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made as the order may already be in transit with our freight partners.

Note: Address changes requested after the 12-hour window may incur a “Re-routing Fee” charged by the carrier, which will be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Requests After the 12-Hour Window

If your request is received after 12 hours, or if the order has already been shipped:

  • The order cannot be canceled or modified.
  • You will need to receive the package and follow our 60-Day Return Policy.
  • Please do not “Refuse Delivery” as this may lead to the package being lost or delayed in return transit, which could complicate your refund process.

5. Refund Processing for Cancellations

For approved cancellations made within the 12-hour window, we initiate the refund immediately. It typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the funds to appear back in your bank account or on your credit card statement, depending on your bank’s policies.
